Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, fostering open communication and trust.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client business goals, target audiences, and advertising objectives.
- Partner with clients to develop comprehensive digital advertising strategies aligned with their target markets and budget constraints.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring efficient and effective campaign execution.
- Translate client needs into actionable campaign briefs for creative and media buying teams.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide ongoing insights and recommendations to optimize results.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital advertising trends, technologies, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients.
- Prepare and present client reports, clearly communicating progress and demonstrating the impact of advertising campaigns.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a digital advertising agency or sales role.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful client relationships.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising channels (search, display, social media, etc.).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to actively listen and translate client needs into actionable strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and extract insights.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
