Job Description:

Overview: Join our dynamic global tech startup as an HR Manager, where you'll be instrumental in driving HR strategies tailored to our remote workforce.

Responsibilities:

- Support Director HR in executing HR strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.

- Offer insights and suggestions on HR issues while cultivating a culture of constructive employee relations.

- Drive employee engagement and promote a culture of collaboration.

- Navigate and resolve employee relations issues with fairness and integrity.

- Stay updated on HR trends and implement best practices for innovation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

- Fresh MBA graduates with 0-2 years of HRBP experience welcome.

- Understanding of managing remote or gig employees preferred.

- Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations required.
