Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to significantly increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue for our diverse range of small business clients.

- Utilize AI-driven tools and analytics to identify, test, and optimize growth channels and tactics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and data science, to design and implement growth initiatives.

- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to understand customer behavior and refine growth strategies.

- Stay ahead of the curve on the latest growth hacking trends, tools, and technologies, and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience across all channels especially Google & FB in growth hacking, digital marketing, with a track record of achieving significant business growth.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms.

- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative growth ideas and strategies.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
