Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative strategies and design concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Ensure all designs are exceptionally crafted with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams
- Present designs and articulate creative rationale to internal stakeholders and clients
- Stay current on industry trends and innovate fresh ideas to keep our brand on the cutting edge
- Manage own creative timelines and resources to deliver high-quality projects on-strategy, on-time and within scope
- Provide real-time design solutions to meet immediate business needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor / Masters degree in visual arts, or related field
- 8+ years professional design experience, with proven success delivering for North American customers
- Exceptional graphic design skills with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or related tools.
- Outstanding portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and meticulous design craft
- Proven ability to understand and translate business and user needs into inspiring creative concepts.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter who can manage own workflow.
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate ideas.
- Understanding of digital and print production processes.
- Passion for staying current with emerging design trends and technologies.
