Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit top digital marketing talent using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and rapid progression from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Engage with potential candidates via LinkedIn and other social platforms to build relationships and promote our company as an employer of choice.
- Develop a deep understanding of digital marketing roles, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, and more, to effectively match candidates with the right opportunities.
- Maintain a ready pipeline of high-quality candidates to ensure quick placement and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and the specific qualifications required for each role.
- Ensure all recruitment processes are conducted within the specified 24-hour timeframe to meet urgent staffing needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruiting for digital marketing positions in the North American market.
- Expert level proficiency in LinkedIn and other social media recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor/ Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
