Responsibilities
- Consult with SMBs to understand their unique challenges and digital marketing goals.
- Craft compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value proposition of our digital solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals with SMB clients, ensuring a smooth and positive sales experience.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, helping them maximize the value of their digital solutions.
- Partner with internal teams (marketing, implementation, customer success) to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor sales goals, proactively identifying areas for improvement and exceeding targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, ideally within the B2B or digital marketing space.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and solutions (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
- Ability to build trust and act as a trusted advisor to SMB clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to sales.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
