About the Role:
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Simplia, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers thrive online. You'll be the dedicated partner for assigned businesses, helping them build high-performing websites, achieve optimal SEO visibility, and implement effective marketing strategies. You'll collaborate with marketing and SEO teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and drive customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers: Welcome new clients, understand their business goals, and guide them through the website building process.
- Website optimization: Collaborate with customers to optimize their websites for user experience, conversion, and search engine ranking.
- SEO expertise: Analyze website performance, suggest SEO improvements, and work with the SEO team to implement strategies for increased organic traffic.
- Marketing guidance: Partner with customers to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns aligned with their business objectives.
- Data-driven approach: Track key metrics, analyze customer data, and recommend data-backed solutions to optimize website performance and marketing strategies.
- Proactive communication: Maintain regular communication with customers, address their concerns, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Build relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate within Simplia.
- Identify growth opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities for customer expansion and upselling/cross-selling additional products or services.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from IIT/IIM is a must.
- 1+ years of experience in customer success or similar role.
- Strong understanding of website optimization, SEO principles, and basic marketing concepts.
- Experience working with website building platforms or CMS is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven approach with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for helping businesses grow and succeed.

Working Hours:
We work with the US clients, so we have to support in the PST time-zone. It can be anything between 7PM - 6AM, 8 hours shift.
