POSITION:
- We are looking for a self-motivated, seasoned B2B, B2C experienced sales professional who would be part of the Senior Management team
- This role would lead the sales team responsible for the end-to-end sales pipeline of identifying, developing and closing sales deals and identifying opportunities for repeat sales
- She/he will work with the team to identify new market trends, new growth opportunities across industries and building client partnerships for Domestic and Global Markets
- She/he will be responsible for building and developing a sales team at the International branch office in Bangalore, India and also develop partnerships with business consultants to drive revenues based on profit-sharing
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- One of the key responsibilities of this role is to collaborate with the Product Engineering team to help identify professional solutions, which could drive progressive sales for the organization
- Acquire data on leads/prospects across multiple sources and partnerships; Define and build prospect/lead prioritization by customer segmentation and targeting
- Develop strategy for the sales team including market penetration in new geographies
- Identify and execute sales leads on an on-going basis to drive client partnerships and increase sales revenues of the company
- Develop & successfully roll out innovative presentations, collaterals, awareness campaigns & promotions
- Execute key functional aspects of managing a team like, implementing performance and review plan, training, etc. and contribute to professional development of sales team through leadership and performance management
HERE IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 5+ years of strong work experience in B2B Sales (experience in cross-border remote sales/ Inside Sales/ Concept selling is a must)
- The candidate should have experience organizing and extracting insights for cross industry clients through: client engagement, market trends analysis, competitive analysis, and client research
- Creative thinking and ability to direct and sell creative ideas to a broad range of stakeholders
- Should be able to manage the team through multiple projects at any one time, and have the self-discipline to work effectively in a virtual environment with colleagues all over the world
- Ability to create the right mix of marketing activities to support business goal
- Insight to continually move marketing programs to the next level, keeping organizations positioning ahead of the market
- Flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities; Prior team handling experience is preferred
- Ready to relocate to Bangalore
