About Losung 360 :

- We are an eCommerce Brand Enabler currently serving to 45 plus brands. Our business is divided into 2 main verticals: Demand Fulfilment and Demand Generation under which we have 4 service lines.

- As we have scaled to 1 lakh orders per day during our peak, we have realized to restructure our approach of doing business from providing scalable service lines, to customers to creating Products for our targeted customers, achieve the required Product-market fit, scale, evolve and reiterate.

- Currently we have conceptualized 4 Products for our Fulfilment Business. Our Product(s) will be focused on mid-mile (Fulfilment Centre Ops) and last mile (aggregation and integration) fulfilment ops only.

- We operate in 8 Fulfilment Centers in Gurgaon, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Mumbai spanning across 5.5 lakh sq. ft.

Relevance of the Role :

- The Fulfilment head will be leading the following chapters in the function:

- FC Operations

- Central Planning

- Control Tower

- Design and Financial Control

- The Fulfilment Head will build the initiatives (infra, SOPs, and models) for the existing service lines and for new products also in close coordination with the product team

- The role involves covering the entire span of strategy and operations of fulfilment and building for future

Key Tasks to be Done :

- Track and evolve the operations metrics at site level and sales channel level

- Provide the required support and mentorship to on-ground team to ensure smooth execution

- Plan and execute initiatives at central planning level to ensure optimal utilization of manpower, space and other resources basis the demand

- Evaluate, review and establish core SOPs for control tower team to ensure for aspects like security, asset management, space utilization

- Build and motivate teams for current operations and also for the future

- Work closely with cross functional teams (sales, HR, tech, product and finance) to provide the required support to the function

Key Skills :

- Proven experience of leading fulfilment function for a mid sized firm or regionally leading fulfilment function for a large firm or worked on vast scale of fulfilment projects as a Management Consultant

- Ability and eagerness to solve for problems

- Quantitative mindset

- Ability to build, lead and motivate large teams

- Post Graduation in Business or Operations (MBA Equivalent) is preferred

- Minimum Experience ; 7 years
