About Losung 360:

We are an Ecommerce Brand Enabler currently serving to 45 plus brands at a revenue of upwards of INR 300 crores (Distribution) and GMV of INR 800 crores (Fulfilment Services). Our business is divided into 2 main verticals: Demand Fulfilment and Demand Generation under which we have 4 service lines.

As we have scaled to 1 lakh orders per day during our peak, we have realised to restructure our approach of doing business from providing customised service lines, to customers to creating solutions for our targeted customers, achieve the required Product-market fit, scale, evolve and reiterate.

We operate in 8 Fulfilment Centres in Gurgaon, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Mumbai spanning across 5.5 lakh sq. ft. and serve to more than 45 brands like HUL, Loreal, Bajaj, LG, Samsung, Flipkart, Amazon and more as part of our Demand Fulfilment business.

Relevance of the Role:

- The Finance Head will partner with business and other cross-functional teams to deliver growth and financial commitments.

- Through insightful and data-driven analysis, you will lead growth and profitability improvement initiatives and work with the cross-functional teams to understand and boost the key drivers of the business. Evolving and building the finance sub-functions like AR, AP, Taxation (direct and indirect), FP&A and more!

- The role will require a strong team player with expertise in the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monthly P & L, Services Wise/Function Wise/Brand Wise - setting up SOPs and systems in place

- Cost Control & Monitoring (Expenses Monitoring)

- Receivables & Payables- SOP's of same

- Analysis of business health & suggesting management on appropriate actions & raising alarms

- Monthly reconciliation of all vendors and books closing quarterly

- Managing WC in a phase manner

- Ensuring Compliances & Reporting on Compliances (GST, TDS, ESI, PF)

- Running new projects & solution & projects to various problems faced in finance function

- External audits of FCs & overlooking same & analyzing data from same

- Managing the operations of the Fin function via the established ERP (SAP)

- Building the right Finance Team structure with defined responsibilities and KRAs

Key Requirements and Skills:

- CA is a must, with minimum work experience of min 8 and max 10 years post completion of CA

- CA first attempt is preferable; CS is preferable

- Good experience is required on working of ERPs

- Excellent communication skills

- Candidate should be from Startup, E-Commerce, Logistic industry.
