AVP-Business Development & Sales with Losung 360-Ecommerce Industry.
- The AVP Business Development is responsible to manage our customer relationships, drive sales and profitability and enable us to scale.
Key Requirement for the Role:
1. Full time Graduation is must
2. MBA from a tier 1 or tier 2 b-school
3. 8-12 Years of experience in the similar industry
4. Proven track record in fulfilment sales and business development or related industry
5. Excellent communications skills and ability to manage relationships with CXOs, business heads and large accounts
6. Highly analytical and numbers driven
7. Must have skills like business excellence, ownership, leadership and team management skills.
Responsibilities:
- New Client Acquisition and Onboarding
- Leading the sales ops team to ensure the best customer experience and KRA achievement
- P&L Management - achieve the top-line (GMV and Revenue) and bottom-line numbers (Contribution Margin)
- Drive effective SNOP (Sales and Ops Planning) with the Supply Chain team to plan for capacities
- Build and evolve for the right team structure of teams reporting to you for both businesses:
- New Client Acquisition
- Onboarding and Sales Ops
- Work closely with Product Management, Tech and Finance team to ensure consistency and evolution of the business
- Build long term relationship with our customers (brands and e-commerce portals) in a strategic way which enables value addition
About Losung 360: We are an Ecommerce Brand Enabler currently serving to 45 plus brands at a revenue of upwards of INR 300 crores (Distribution) and GMV of INR 800 crores (Fulfilment Services).
