About the Company : Losung E-services Pvt. Ltd. Is a one-stop solution for brands to develop their e-commerce business across portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm Mall, etc. We execute all the activities involved in the value chain. Digital marketing, creative planning, logistics, distribution and sales. To execute the above, we have in-house Digital Marketing team, creatives team, sales team and Warehousing and Distribution team. Our Infra includes 1,25,000 sq ft. of warehousing space across India, 5,000 sq ft. of studio space and 3 offices. About the Role : As we sell on various portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm Mall etc., the only idea is to increase the sales of our clients via these portals by getting maximum traffic on our product pages. This can be achieved by 2 methods : 1. Internal or Portal Specific Activities: CPC Tools (Amazon and Flipkart), Media Planning and Media Buying and Marketing Spends on percentage commission 2. External Activities: Affiliate Marketing, SEM of the web pages of the clients to divert traffic to the e-portal and social media The role would comprise of taking ownership of the entire marketing budget for a client and working closely with the client, internal teams (creative and sales) and e-portals to execute day to day optimizations to achieve the desired results from the campaign. - Develop innovative tools and strategies to come up with new ways of effective marketing initiatives. - Replicate the best practices which are being followed globally in e-commerce retail. The Ideal Candidate : 1. Must have exposure in digital media planning and buying 2. Must have experience in developing an Affiliate Network 3. Ability to understand and execute the core marketing concepts 4. Ability to work with supporting teams and understand their role 5. Education from a premier university 6. Excellent presentation skills 7. Ability to make data based decisions
