We have a suitable opening for the role of Senior Manager - Analytics, based in Mumbai. You come with a relevant experience of 8-10 years. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing & executing analytics solutions to enable a data-driven-decision making culture. Job Responsibilities : - Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modelling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities. - Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modelling, visualization and communication deliverables - Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, marketing, sales and media teams. Key Deliverables (Illustrative) : - Drive Omnichannel analytics across key brand franchises to guide optimal investment in offline vs online; TV vs Digital - leveraging ROI based decisions. - Sharpen on-platform investment choices across and within line items - i.e., search, display and promo - Build the analytics roadmap to make L'Oreal India future ready and self - sufficient as an organisation in data & analytics Key Competencies : - Experience in establishing and maintaining data governance processes, including data quality and master data management. - Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to identify sources of value from data analytics across core business domains, such as marketing, media and sales, and to define paths towards realizing that value. - Leadership skills with a team player attitude to drive the end-to-end implementation of use cases under time pressure Key Relationships : Reports to - Head Of CMI; Individual Contributor. Internal Stakeholders - Marketing teams, Media & Digital teams, Sales - E-com & Offline, Zonal and Global Analytics & IT External Stakeholders - Analytics and Media agency.
