We have an exciting role of an E-Marketing Manager for Brand Maybelline New York based in Mumbai. This is an individual contributor roles where you be leading the business planning and execution of E-commerce programs for the brand. You are an expert in campaign management, consumer insight analysis, media planning and tracking with overall 3 to 6 years of experience. Experience in Digital Marketing / Brand Marketing and exposure to beauty categories will be advantageous for the role. Key Resposibilities: - You will be responsible for business planning and execution of brand programs on E-commerce to meet the annual sales target and CTS metrics - You will develop and execute annual MNY brand calendar for E-commerce sites - You will develop and execute A+ content across sites on hero products and new launches - You will develop and execute brand properties and always on content on ecommerce sites - You will develop and execute the best principles of merchandising for MNY on E-commerce sites - You will work with sites to maximise Brand day, properties and sales for Maybelline - You will develop and execute PWP and GWP calendar for E-commerce sites Key Deliverables: - E-commerce sales targets within defined cost to sales parameters - Market share targets to be met across sites - Brand experience and brand properties for Maybelline - Strong relationships with E-commerce team, digital team and the commercial team. Strong relationships with E-commerce sites key leads.
