We have a suitable opportunity in the Marketing function for one of our division at L'Oreal India. In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for end-to-end execution of marketing strategy, new launches and overall category salience. You should have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in marketing. The location of the job will be in Mumbai and prior experience in beauty or FMCG will be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for brand management, strategy and activation for Loreal's flagship brand and category - Driving business growth to accelerate market share in a profitable manner. - The Role will lead the launches and push growth of Hero products towards continued growth and animate core categories / products of the brand - Identify untapped opportunities and spaces for accelerating growth with an innovation first approach - Concept-to-execution of full funnel integrated marketing plans and brand events - Online-to-Offline (O2O) Full-Funnel Consumer Journey Management: Digital & Social Content strategy, E-Commerce Acceleration and path to purchase offline - Driving the brand's presence on all platforms (online and offline) and be responsible for coordinating for sales forecasting, stock planning and design tactical offers for consumers Key Deliverables: - Experience working in cross functional teams - High passion for Beauty a must-have - Entrepreneurial mindset - Resilient and positive attitude Physical Demands (e.g. % travel): - Travel will be need based Education: MBA L'Oreal is committed to building a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
