We are looking for a self-driven learning expert with 3-5 years experience in developing and rolling out training program end to end for the business. The role for our Corporate HR function operating in our Head Office Mumbai. This is a role that requires a lot of interaction with both external and internal stakeholders. Internal would involve interactions with senior managers and employees of L'Oreal across division, location and function for identification and execution of solutions to address learning needs. External would involve interactions with trainers, coaches, vendors for execution of our Learning programs. The role will require you to lead the following responsibilities : Learning Program Management of few Key programs in our Learning Portfolio. Program Management will include: - Training Day Pre class : - Maintain and roll out Development Plans - Ensure uniformity of programs by maintaining checklists etc - System related work- DEDs, Vendor creation ( Including International Learning actions) - Interact with training vendors for booking, payments and local logistics - Create program materials (cards, game, presentation, poster, facilitator guide - ) - Order, print & assembly of products & stationery for training - Blocking of speakers time - Registration of participants in Internal Systems Day Zero : - Classroom setup & welcome speech Post class : - Use internal data and metrics to drive learning activity and ensure regular reporting - Feedback Analysis - Closure of accounts - Vendor payment follow-up Learning Budget Management : - Assist in the preparation and review of Learning and TM budgets - Maintain monthly updation of Learning and TM Budgets - Coordinate with Controllers ( Corporate/Division etc) to ensure uniformity of data - Provide data for zone visits and other submissions as required Special Learning Projects : - Coordinate learning events and meetings (planning, logistic and administration) - Contribute to partnership with external providers/consultants/trainers Leverage internal learning processes and tools to enhance Learners experience Key Deliverables : - Contribute to diagnose, design and roll-out of new Learning Programs - End to end roll out for certain training programs - Assist in the Training Need Analysis and Learning Budget Preparation for the organisation - Assist in the overall budget management of the function - Assist in the data management of the function - Improve eLearning penetration in the organisation - Work on Special Learning Projects - Creation of Purchase Orders for International Trainings - Assist in the execution of the Performance Management cycles for the organisation L'Oreal is the No. 1 cosmetic group in the world today.
