As part of the growth strategy, we are recruiting a Chief Marketing Officer who will lead the organization to its listing on the NASDAQ in the future. Responsibilities - Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation - Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.) - Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals - Create a solid network of strategic partnerships - Highly energetic and knowledgeable and abreast with the latest trends. - High on productivity doing more with less time, money and effort. - Lifelong student with a humble personality. - High on integrity, ethics and responsible. - A keen observer who understand the markets and the audience very well. - Hands-on experience across the entire marketing stack covering all channels. - Adept at figuring out the least expensive ways to market. - Able to come up with short term and long term strategies. - Great at communication and cross functional collaboration. - Flexible with Adaptability. - Hands-on with execution and not someone who pours hours and days over planning in excel sheets and power points. Requirements - Proven experience as chief marketing officer or similar role in e-commerce platforms. - Experienced with Start-ups, both in B2B and B2C models. - Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.) - Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods - Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels - Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance etc.) - Proficient in MS Office and business software (e.g. CRM) - A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities - Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities - MBA in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field;
