Loop Health - Product Operations Manager

About The Role:

As a Product Operations Manager at Loop, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of our product strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Customer Support to drive the success of our products and enhance our overall customer experience.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Collaborate with the product team to define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs

- Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams to gather feedback, prioritise product features, and communicate updates

- Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation

- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of product initiatives and drive continuous improvement

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and scalability, working closely with stakeholders to drive implementation and adoption.

What We Are Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within consumer-facing startups or high-growth companies

- Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects and driving product initiatives from concept to launch

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
