What you will do:
- Manage the growing team of pricing analysts and relationship managers
- Coach and motivate them to increase their productivity and engagement levels
- Work closely with our sales and customer success teams to onboard new clients and close deals
- Grow and maintain relationships with insurers across multiple levels
- Strategize and creatively source and close strategic deals
- Contribute to our overall Sales & Growth engagement strategy with Insurers and TPAs - and execute on these strategies to build strong working relationships
- Contribute to special projects with the senior leadership team
- Be responsible for knowledge management and dissemination, sharing placement insights and best practices with teammates
- Build a data-centric and tech-centric scalable mindset within the team
Whom we are looking for:
- Min 5+ years of experience (with an MBA from a Tier-1 B school) or 7+ years of experience (with a Bachelor's from a Tier-1 engineering school)
- Experience of having worked with a fast growing tech startup
- Team management and relationship management experience
- Deep analytical skills and impeccable communication skills
- Hunger to own and deliver high quality work and projects
- Open to travel and doing in-person meetings
