We are looking for candidates across experience levels in the strategy and execution team of Lohono Stays. Responsibilities: - Execute business ideas from 0 to 1 - Keep a pure Minimum Viable Product approach to validate and execute the idea quickly before rolling out a full fledged product - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to strike partnerships and alliances - Bringing innovative and creative ideas how to grow those KPIs - Design and carry out research to analyze stated and unstated problems, propose optimisation and highlight the impact of change in terms of clear ROI - Set specific goals/ success metrics and track these metrics on a regular basis - Analyze business metrics and prioritise tasks accordingly - Conduct competitive and market research when needed - Forecast market trends - Identify industry trends and insights - Collect and use customer feedback to learn and iterate the offering - Articulate and present ideas to the relevant stakeholders - Liaise with the Product team to get the optimal solution implemented - Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results - Keep abreast with the latest trends, tools and technologies in the hospitality domain Skills : - Self Starter and a problem solver - Being performance and results-oriented - Ability to execute in a Vague and Ambiguous environment - Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills - Hands-on experience in executing new business ideas - Excellent Microsoft Excel/Google sheet skills - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - Willing to learn - High standards of excellence and attention to detail - Having a startup mindset - Not being scared of pivoting - Being curious and creative - Being relentless in pursuit of growth - Open to frequent travel Experience : - 3+ years experience overall - 2+ years experience in a early stage start-up/Operation/sales role - Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferred) Salary offered: 8-25LPA
