At present we are working on a mandate – Team leader (Trade Finance) for the Group.

Part of: Trade Finance Team

Location: Bandra Kurla Complex,Mumbai

Education: C.A / MBA (Fulltime) / CFA

Role:

- Arranging, managing and renewing Working Capital Limits

- Syndication of Fund form the market, Financial Institutions, Banks etc. (Both short term & long term funds) for current Business or New Projects

- Organizing Letter of Credit, bank Guarantee, buyer’s Credit, Pre Shipment Finance, Bill Discounting.

- Monitoring and managing Cash Flow of the company.

- Responsible for the entire pre-sanction and post-sanction documentation.

- Arranging Credit rating from credit rating agencies.

- Responsible for overall project funding, raising of funds from Banks/FIs, PE, Capital Market route or Foreign Loans, strategic financial planning for various ongoing and new projects.

- Coordinating, negotiating, and managing relationship with banks, financial institutions, and rating agencies for raising funds and non-fund based facilities.

- Periodical reporting to the banks & group treasury for credit monitoring & regulatory compliance

- Mobilizing Reserve funds from equity holders and Investors for the project execution within the time frame.

- Monitoring treasury operations in case of fund surplus

- Developing and executing corporate finance strategies.

- Monitoring the inflow & outflow of funds

- Screening new projects, Preparing Financial Models, conducting feasibility studies and preparing project reports to determine the financial viability of new ventures; projecting cash flow and growth opportunities.

- Supervising the preparation of financial statements to provide feedback to top management on financial performance viz. fund management, credit control, profitability, etc.

- Formulating budgets and analyzing variances to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.
