Human Resource Architect

Logistimo is looking for an experienced human resource specialist based in Bangalore, India to architect and orchestrate a balanced team. The role involves forecasting and planning team growth with executives - alongside recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, supporting, administration, evaluation and occasional exit of employees.

Join the CEO and CTO to curate a happy & effective team capable of using technology to positively transform rural India, and other emerging markets.

Responsibilities :

- Planning team anatomy and physiology with executive leadership

- Designing appropriate job descriptions with various team leaders

- Recruiting candidates through various channels - both online and through events

- Keeping the pulse and understanding expectations of the market

- Collecting and speaking with references, screening & shortlisting

- Coordinating interviews with both candidates and relevant team leaders

- Articulating company values

- Evaluating skill and cultural fitness and alongside team leaders

- Communicating benefits packages

- Facilitating hiring committee discussions

- Negotiating salaries alongside team leaders and liaising with the Board for approval of stock options

- Rolling out offer letters & assembling contracts from templates

- Coordinating with our outsourced payroll partners

- Compensation and benefits administration alongside our outsourced partner

- Ensuring eligible employees can register for Provident Fund

- Assembling welcome kits (e.g. laptops, software, email IDs, access card, business cards, policy handbook) and sending the welcome message

- Setting performance metrics and targets alongside team leaders

- Fine-tuning review procedures, and scheduling and coordinating annual performance reviews

- Collecting employee feedback

- Filing salary or equity changes

- Fielding employee issues big and small, and managing escalation and resolution of issues with relevant team members

- Employee counseling

- Managing the rare termination and exit of team members

- Tracking employee safety, welfare, wellness and health

- General employee communications (e.g. leave policy)

- Refine and document key human resource processes - including recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, performance reviewing, and exiting
