Role: Senior Consultant - Economic Impact Assessments and Feasibility Studies in Logistics and Supply Chain
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or General Management in Shipping
- MBA/PGDM or equivalent Master's degree in a field relevant to Logistics and Supply Chain from a reputed institute
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience in conducting economic impact assessments and/or feasibility studies
- Experience should be in transportation, logistics, infrastructure, or port planning projects
- Worked in at least 2 transportation/logistics/port planning or port infrastructure development projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct economic impact assessments and feasibility studies for transportation, logistics, and port planning projects
- Analyze data and economic indicators to assess the feasibility and impact of proposed projects
- Develop comprehensive reports and presentations based on research findings
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on study results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in economic impact assessments and feasibility studies
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Sound knowledge of economic principles and their application in logistics and supply chain management
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in economic analysis and feasibility studies
