Supply Chain Management:
- Manage and optimize first mile, mid mile, and last mile logistics to ensurebtimely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Oversee B2B and B2C logistics operations, coordinating with internal teamsband external partners.
Warehouse and Fulfillment:
- Supervise warehousing operations to maintain efficient inventory levels andborder fulfillment.
- Implement best practices for warehouse management and ensurebcompliance with safety regulations.
Reverse Logistics:
- Develop and implement efficient processes for reverse logistics, includingbreturns and exchanges.
Inventory Management:
- Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize stockouts andbexcess inventory.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in inventory records.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize Excel, ERP systems, and logistics tools to analyze data and generatebreports.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
International Logistics:
- Knowledge of imports, customs procedures, and international shipping isbpreferred but not necessary.
- Collaborate with global partners to streamline international logisticsboperations.
