Logistics Manager - Last Mile - Internet/Online

Work Description:

Manage eCommerce orders fulfillment, 3PL warehouse operations & last mile logistics partners.

Responsible for:

1. Manage outsource eCommerce courier aggregators (e.g. Shiprocket, iThink, ShipYaari).

2.Negotiate contracts directly with courier companies like DHL, Bluedart, XpressBee.

3. Integrate with WMS like Unicommerce to divide shipment load between courier services.

4. Manage third-party warehouses for same day order dispatches & shipping.

5. Fulfill orders of website & marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, more.

Business Goals:

1. RTO <10% for cash on delivery orders

2. Delivery speed of website orders should be >90% delivery in <4 days

Candidature requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience with eCommerce D2C, FMCG or Retail companies.

2. Prior experience with high growth startup added advantage.

3. Fine balance between analytics, interpersonal skills and team engagement.

4. Hands-on experience with inventory ERP and fulfillment tools like Unicommerce.
