Logistics Head - Healthcare - IIM/XLRI/FMS/NITIE/MDI

Logistics Head:

We are looking for people who want to build a scalable healthcare business centered on patient care. Healthcare, as a vertical in India is unorganized & ripe for disruption using technology. We are looking for Entrepreneurs who want to do that disruption alongside us.

Job Role/Responsibility:

- Strategically plan and manage logistics across locations.

- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.

- Keep track of delivery timeline, and efficiency.

- Arrange warehouse, and process shipments.

- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.

- Supervise, coach and train workforce.

- Ensure that order execution is as per the agreed SLA's

- Network planning - Fleet management

- Manage and lead middle mile and last mile connectivity.

- Expand self-delivery network into new geographies

- 3PL key account management

Desired Candidate Profile

- Able to manage time effectively. 

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

- Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software. 

- Leadership skills and ability manage staff 

- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills

Tier 1 academic institutes mandatory !
