Logistics Head - Agri/Grain/FMCG - South

- Planning logistics movement of grains and agri related products of approx. 2000MT daily inward and equal quantity outward.

- Plan rake movements of 2500 - 5000 MT each across country.

- Factory locations are spread across 30 plants all over the country. Planning the inward/outward logistics movement to these locations. Optimum combination of road and rail.

- Managing internal fleet of trucks and their optimum utilization.

- Strategic planning of movement of RM and use of the route for finished products.

- Involvement in tender and bidding process.

- Develop and operate on a digital scale for operations (will include SAP) use of ERP systems.

- Tactful Man Management.
