Logisitcmart is looking to further develop its paid marketing team with a digital marketing expert who can own the overarching search strategy and business. You should have a very clear prior online paid marketing experience and background for different marketing channels, can be the lead day-to-day subject matter expert and know how to stay ahead of industry trends. You're ready to roll up your sleeves, take up projects and see them to completion with minimal supervision

Roles and Responsibility:

The candidate is expected to own and is responsible for driving conversions for Logisitcmart. He/she will lead the planning, campaign management, reporting and analysis for Paid Digital Campaigns

- Provide effective guidance of business plans and forecasts

- Keep up to date with paid search best practices and strategies, ad words, GDN, SEM, Facebook Ad Manager etc

- Perform hands-on bid optimization to meet and exceed volume and ROI targets

- Develop rapport with city team stakeholders and understand city needs/goals, strategy, and success metrics.

- Develop A/B test landing pages, messaging and multiple user experiences

- Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing site traffic through PPC marketing strategy

- Managing Ad Campaigns on the major search engines like Google, Yahoo, and MSN

- Manage remarketing efforts

- Responsible for keyword research, Account/Campaign structuring, bid management, and tracking for key performance indicators

- Improvement of volume and cost delivered through Search & Social campaigns by :

- Driving keyword expansion

- Improving account structures

- Optimizing of quality score, landing page, Ad copy and bid optimization

- Developing strong objective sets for campaigns based on business intelligence

- Working closely with organic search team to ensure knowledge sharing as well as overall search (paid and organic) optimization

- Stay on top of current search engine news, trends, Pay per click practices, and emerging items of interest.

- Report on the overall SEM health of web properties and rolling up SEM report

Work Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in dedicated paid search engine marketing - agency or client side ecommerce experience preferred

- The candidate should have worked extensively on Google Ad words, Analytics, Remarketing, YouTube advertising, Facebook advertising, and other branding channels

- To be numbers savvy and detail oriented

- A thorough understanding of digital marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition

- An understanding of CPA, CPC, CPM, and LTV

- Experience with bid management tools a plus

- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, & Advanced Excel)

- The ability to set goals and execute under tight deadlines

- Experience in/around a growing company or mobile culture a plus - i.e., you can adapt to quick changes within the company and industry

- An understanding of the nuances of both the demand and supply side of a marketplace also a plus
