Responsibilities:  - Work with the CEO and Sales Managers for lead generation, cold-calling and demo delivery  - Support and lead all phases of an end-to-end sales cycle including pre-sales presentations, client persuasion, conducting negotiations and contracting terms with clients  - Identify client service requirements and maximize selling opportunities by establishing personal rapport with all levels of client organization  - Go extra mile to make it a great experience for the client, make a stretch to solve the problem on the same day and work with - get-things-done- attitude in an early-age startup environment  - Network with community and be the face of the company and research, participate and represent the company in business conferences  - Become the next - Wolf of Startup Street-   Requirements:  - Minimum 1 year of experience in inbound and outbound sales execution role at B2B software product companies (Start-up experience is a big plus!)  - Hands-on relationship management experience with a proven track record in reaching and exceeding goals  - Superior communication and relationship building skills (Has to be a sweet talker!)   - Expert in Microsoft Office tools, especially, Excel, Powerpoint and Word  - Proven track record of being a self-starter, always staying on the top and ability to work at optimal productivity under continual deadline pressure  - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce or related field  - MBA in Sales/Marketing from top-tier management school or Masters degree in any relevant domain is preferred
