Account Manager/Senior Account Manager - Client Servicing

Job Summary : The Account Manager will be responsible for effective and efficient delivery of client campaigns in collaboration with the Technical Account Manager; in order to achieve the agreed targets.

Responsibilities :

- Establishing & maintaining strong client relationships

- Working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met

- Pitching existing clients for new business

- Manage multiple clients simultaneously - Campaign planning & execution

- Responsible for managing brand through innovative online/digital marketing strategies

- Managing a team of client servicing executives

- Ensure team to aligned to other internal teams - social, creative, tech, media, etc.

- Identify resources needed for project and manage day to day operations
