LogicLadder - Manager - Operations

- The Position has responsibility for providing a variety of problems that occur in the domain using hardware and software expertise along with responsibility for coordination of all technical activities on assigned projects.

- Also, ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and all other project participants. Responsible and accountable to ensure that all assigned personnel are coordinating their activities with other project participants, and that the requirements of the contract are being satisfied.

- Effectively plan and manage the product implementation and project delivery using tools followed by the company.

- Prepare and manage Project Plans, including timelines, budgets and resources requirements.

- Coordinates and maintains all engineering documents and design change information.

- Identify and manage resource requirements within projects.

- Manage projects and ensure that key outcomes, contractual requirements, and key deliverables are met.

- Manage the Project effectively and efficiently to ensure the budget and project plan objectives are met.

- Ensure that risks and issues are identified and managed.

- Work within the team to ensure effective communication.

- Define and implement a project Quality Plan.

- Ensure that all client communications are dealt with in a professional manner, within agreed timeframes.

- Works with materials/procurement function to revise drawings to correspond to changes made to detail drawings and bills of materials.

- Complete a project review and project completion report in conjunction with other key stakeholders.

- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

- Ownership of all delivery related documentation.
