As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will be playing a key role in creating, managing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to engage with customers and drive conversions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can craft compelling email content, analyze campaign performance, and continuously refine strategies for optimal results. Expertise in email marketing automation tools and list management is essential for success in this role.

Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to) :

- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to achieve specific business goals.

- Curate and manage email lists, ensuring effective segmentation for targeted campaigns.

- Create engaging email content, including copy, subject lines, and calls-to-action.

- Conduct A/B tests on email elements such as subject lines, content, and send times to optimize performance.

- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide reports on key metrics.

- Utilize email marketing automation tools to schedule campaigns and manage customer journeys.

- Ensure all email marketing activities comply with regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

- Work with design and copywriting teams to produce visually appealing and effective emails.

- Gather feedback and insights from campaigns to continuously improve strategies.

- Stay current with email marketing trends and test new approaches for better engagement.

- Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is preferred

- 2-4 Years of Experience in email marketing, including campaign management and optimization.

- Experience in B2B email marketing is a must.

- Hands-on experience with email marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp, Zoho, or similar platforms.

- Proficient in managing email lists, including extraction and segmentation.

- Experience with tracking campaign performance and providing insights for improvement.

- Familiarity with creating and reviewing email copy and collaborating with designers.

- Experience managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

- In-depth knowledge of email marketing strategies and best practices.

- Proficiency in email marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp, Zoho, or other email marketing platforms.

- Ability to curate and manage email lists effectively, including data extraction and segmentation.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

- Ability to create compelling content and work with design teams for visually appealing emails.

- Meticulous approach to campaign planning and execution.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

- Understanding of legal and ethical considerations in email marketing.

Good to have :

- Certification in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing platforms.

- Experience with marketing automation software such as HubSpot or Marketo.

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website editing.

- Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.

- Familiarity with CRM systems for lead management and customer relationship tracking.

- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI for reporting and analysis.
