Responsibilities shall include any or combination of following:  - Supply chain Operating Model transformation  - Supply chain network transformation  - Demand, Inventory and replenishment analysis and optimization  - Supply, Demand, Inventory and replenishment planning systems selection and implementation  - Sales and Operations Planning  - Supply Chain Planning Strategy  - Collaboration, Inventory Management  - Process innovation and excellence  - Design, development and implementation of solutions  Qualifications  Experience & Skills:  - Graduates, Post-graduate degree or PhD in Management, Applied Science, Applied Mathematics or Engineering with majors in Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations  - Fresher to 6 years of proven experience gained from a consulting or operations position in Supply Chain Management   - Hands-on delivery and project management experience is preferable  - Experience working with one or more of the Manufacturing, FMCG or Electronics & High-technology industry sectors  - Functional experience should include some of the following: distributed order management, inventory management, demand planning, supply planning, distribution and logistics, transport sourcing, global trade management.  - Deep knowledge of core Supply Chain business capabilities  - Significant consulting and/or project delivery experience including: delivery to agreed scope, time scales and budgets from a top tier consulting company or blue-chip organization  - Experience of customer facing situations, combining industry skill and knowledge with client interaction  - Management and development of client/internal stakeholder relationships  - Broad exposure to business operations, outside of core supply chain (e.g. Lean process, Service Strategy, Innovation and Product/Solution Development)  - Exposure to Technology Stack:  1. ERP, Advanced Planning Systems, Optimization Engines, and other Decision Support Systems  2. Knowledge of BI or Analytics or SQL solutions and delivery is an added advantage  Freshers with advanced Degrees or PhD can also apply
