Assistant Manager 1 - Talent Acquisition


Log 9 Materials is using its core competence in Graphene nanotechnology to develop advanced energy storage technologies from electrode materials, cell to pack level. Our Rapid Charging Battery packs solve the challenges in adoption for the 2W and 3W electric vehicle platforms while our Aluminum Fuel Cell technology is targeted towards the electrification of long haul, heavier vehicles.

Responsibilities :

- Keep updating the excel and maximize the use of automation and UI for data gathering.

- Scheduling interview through CRM , keeping track & updating the recruiter for the next steps.

- Execute full life cycle searches to include - developing the search strategy, responding to applicants, sourcing, prescreening and interviewing candidates; develop and present recommendations on qualified candidates to our hiring managers.

- Develop a screening system with ATS and application knockout for screening resumes.

You will be Responsible for developing a system for identifying the potential talent as per the requirement.

- You will be Responsible for analyzing the candidates interview process and streamline accordingly.

- Advise hiring managers on search strategy including market/talent realities & consult on addressable talent market.

- Assess talent and discern truly exceptional talent from strong talent; maintain a high bar for top-caliber talent.

- Manage Workday, applicants and sourcing as needed. Leverage social media channels to develop relationships with external candidates and talent pools.

- Develop a proactive pipeline of a strong and diverse network of potential candidates.

- Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads throughout the search.

- Problem solve effectively through any challenges encountered during the search. Be tenacious through to completion, adapting strategies/tactics as needed.

- Create reports for the hiring made on a weekly basis.

Essential Skills:

- Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus and adapt to a variety of challenges

- Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time-constrained environment

Requirements and profile:

- Min 2+ Year experience with MBA ( HR)

- Good analytical & problem-solving skills should be able to take technical approaches towards solving plant related issues

- Requires ability to absorb professional knowledge quickly and develop skills

- Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated required

Would be a plus:

- Proven record at Talent acquisition

- Exposure to a high paced working environment
