We are looking for Lead - People Programs with 3-5 years of experience working in CoE roles such as Performance and Rewards. The applicant should preferably experience in People Analytics along with the CoE experience under their belt to help design/build and deliver various people programs at Log9. We are looking at someone who can think in First Principles, hustle, and push the envelope, to create and run people programs at Log9 that would make us a workplace like no other.


The applicant should also be able to work on multiple competing priorities, and be a strong communicator, capable of getting their message across to all levels.

This role reports directly to the Head of People Transformation, however, would work with various org stakeholders, Log9 being a matrix environment.

Please Note:

Office Location - Jakkur.

Week Off's - Alternate Saturday week off + All Sundays.

Work from Office only.

The Lead for People Programs will be expected to (Role and Responsibilities):

Build and Strengthen the People Programs at Log9 by:

- Thinking in First Principles on the people programs that would be relevant to the organization's needs

- Managing and reporting people's pulse through employee experience surveys - in-person and on survey tools

- Making sense of inputs gathered from team members via sessions such as Skip level meetings, New Manager Assimilation, Round Tables etc.

- Re-looking at existing people programs such as compensation & benefits, rewards & Recognition, onboarding, people policies and processes and making competent recommendations to improve or revisit the same

Our ideal candidate:

- Has an MBA in HR from a premier institute

- Has 3-5 years of experience in different HR CoEs especially Performance and Rewards, O&TD and has a good understanding of HR fundamentals and sub-functions, including recruitment, people performance management, employee engagement, compensation, development, employee relations.

- Is Passionate about the EV industry and is aware of industry trends.

- Has strongly held beliefs about Climate Change and the Environment, actively espouses them and is able to hold their own in a discussion on the matter.

- Is well connected in the HR space; aware of relevant best practices.

- Is passionate about people's development, and can think in First Principles; has a demonstrated ability to create programs from scratch and running them, working closely with the People Partners (HR Business Partners)

- Has experience of working in a start-up environment and comes with a strong ability to build relationships and navigate a complex stakeholder matrix

- Possesses exceptional communication and facilitation skills in English, and is able to influence stakeholders through logic and data.

- Is comfortable with taking ownership of the problem statement, and acting autonomously, while also navigating the paradox of adopting a collaborative working style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to find solutions, at the same time.

- Displays flexibility, adaptability, and resilience to deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Is self-driven, high on energy, and have a 'can-do' mindset. Should be able to visualise 'what can be' rather than being fixated on 'what is' or 'what has been'.
