- Spearheading large real estate projects through all phases of design, permissions and construction.

- Facilitating the entire process of project management while adhering to project objectives.

- Liaising with internal and external clients, government agencies like MMRDA,MCGM, TMC, MoEF, ULBs, ASI, state level bodies, GSRTC, service providers, planning, engineering, purchase, security, accounts, IT, operations, E&M, administration, systems, CRM, legal, HR and various other departments.

- Conducting detailed feasibility studies for prospective parcels including engineering, zoning, title, political market analysis and financial modeling.
