Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an DGM/AGM - Public Relations at Lodha in Mumbai. The Public Relations professional will be responsible for managing media relations, crafting and distributing press releases, coordinating events and compelling brand communication for ESG initiatives. The individual will also be responsible for developing and implementing public relations strategies for the group and foundation and managing the social media accounts related to ESG initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.

- Proven experience in Public Relations, with a track record of successful campaigns and media placements.

- Exceptional writing and editing skills for press releases, articles, and internal communications.

- Experience in events and vendor management.

- Conceptualising and creating engaging content - traditional and new-aged media.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

- Knowledge of the real estate industry and CSR is a plus.
