Lodha Group - Market Research Role - Consumer Insights (4-8 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Knowledge of and expertise in qualitative and quantitative research.
- Experience in handling projects, both strategic (NPS, track, CSAT etc.) and ad hoc across product life cycle
- Work closely with research agencies and provide supervision and guidance for end to end project management (from research brief creation to presentation with actionable insights)
- Undertake secondary research to uncover category related trends
- Identify new research tools & methodologies for generating insights
- Expert in excel, power-point, comfortable with numbers
- Strong communication, presentation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to draw & deliver business relevant insights to senior stakeholders.
