Job Purpose :
To manage digital product development, management and process, presenting a best-in-class digital experience for Lodha Group customers, investors, audiences, and other key groups. Identify and implement products to manage website performance, lead flow, analytics, and data. Create tools for lead generation, digital awareness, sales enablement and manage flow of critical information for sales teams, customer care, and related stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Track and manage ongoing digital projects
- Directly manage marketing automation and app development
- Manage lead & analytics flows, dashboards, and data
- Work with internal teams to understand requirements and create requirements documentation
- Work with internal / 3rd-party agencies to execute projects
- Research best practices and technologies related to digital products, websites and systems
- Conceptualize new tools, features and capabilities
- Plan and implement development upgrades.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Qualification : MBA - Marketing preferred
Experience :
- 3-6 years in digital marketing related field. Experience with IT systems or marketing technology is a plus
- Should have managed large websites, apps or similar digital products.
-Should have experience working with and managing agencies.
- Experience with mobile apps, CRM and/or marketing automation experience is preferred.
- Experience in working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a big plus.
