Manager - Business Finance
- Ability to understand the financial and regulatory requirements and accordingly ensuring all the necessary robust systems and processes are set-up and put in place.
- Having strong functional Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Receivable, Treasury, Cash flow management, etc. Ensuring timely issuance of monthly MIS reports, company performance reports, collections & expense reports, etc.
- Ensuring timely creation of brand and customer payables and raising invoices and following up for timely collections.
- Handle Direct/ Indirect Tax, CS compliance and Audit (Internal & external). Ensuring all our necessary tax liabilities and other government requirements & compliances are fulfilled.
- Ability to ramp up the vertical quickly over next 3 months incl. setting up of processes & SOPs and with time build a team of high performance individuals to grow this vertical.
- Would involve lot of discussions with external stakeholders (customer side and brand side for bills, payments, collections, etc.)
- Collaborate internally across Lodha accounts, taxation and other departments for carrying out the necessary day to day operations.
- Having strong analytical skills and with very high attention to detail.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn in a high pressure start-up environment.
- Work closely with the founders of the company and ability to grasp the expectations of founders and translate into output.
