Role Responsibilities/ Description:&nbsp; IT Security Operations : - Responsible for security across data Center infrastructure, networks, end points &amp; applications. - Planning and managing execution of any required vulnerability audits, penetration tests or forensic IT audits or related investigations. - Implementing risk mitigations &amp; IT controls and ensuring information security best practices are designed, implemented and monitored. - Information Security risk assessments and controls implementation - Monitor organizations networks for security breaches and investigate violations when they occurs. - Direct and manage the installation and use of IT security solutions (e.g., DLP, Encryption), to protect sensitive information. - Seamlessly collaborate with Data Center and Security Operations team for overseeing and managing incident response - Responsible for disaster recovery site and related processes like connectivity, replication, DR drills etc. IT Security Governance and Compliance : - Definition and Scoping IT Security requirements, creation and execution of all IT and Data Security related strategies enhancing the reliability and security of enterprise IT systems, projects and data. - Help to design, implement, and maintain the organizations cybersecurity plan. - Develop and direct implementation of security standards and best practices for the organization. - Conduct audits or lead audit teams in performance of IT audits and reviews of systems, applications and IT processes. Prepare and report results to executives and Audit Committees - Recommend security enhancements to IT Management. - Help Engineers, End Users when they need to install or learn about new security products and/or procedures. - Risk Assessment of IT systems and Third Party vendors and partners - Research the latest information technology security trends and benchmark and compare security practices with the industry.&nbsp; - Demonstrate knowledge, Implementation, operations and maintenance of information security standards and frameworks like NIST Cyber Security Framework, ISO/IEC 27001, IT Act, etc. as applicable. Software Compliance : - Responsible for maintaining compliance of software licenses across organization and manage compliance audits. - Minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking. IT Process Management : - Evaluate Existing Business Processes - Create Documentation Outlining Process Improvements - Manage Improvement Teams and Implementation Processes - Conduct Ongoing Analyses - Oversight of the organizations overall IT, Data and Information Security policies &amp; update Department Procedures and Policies. Generic Profile: - Polite and pleasing personality with good communication and man-management skills - Good understanding IT terminologies, software/hardware - Strong analytical skills. - Methodical in work practices, adherence to procedures and documentation is highly required. - A Matured Team player with good influencing skills. Educational/Professional Qualification : - Graduate with 8 to 10 years of experience in Information Security, Process Management &amp; Governance. - Should have done security tools &amp; standards like DLP/SIEM/IDM-IAM ISO 27001 &amp; process implementations. - Information Security Certifications like CISA/ CISM. - Knowledge of IT, Infosec &amp; Software Audits. - Knowledge of Business Continuity &amp; DR.
