Job Profile:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing and Sales Head to lead our digital marketing and sales efforts and drive our online presence, develop and implement presales strategies aligned with the overall business objectives. Oversee all aspects of digital marketing initiatives to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing brand visibility, driving website traffic, and generating leads, generating walk-ins and sales closure

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide regular reports to senior management.

- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing & presales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive performance and achieve targets.

- Track and analyze presales performance metrics, such as win rates, deal size, and sales pipeline velocity, to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales effectiveness.

- Use technology, AI tools to improve effectiveness and business goals

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and internal teams, to foster collaboration and drive business growth.

Desired profile:

- MBA/PG from a premier B school with 18+ years of experience

- Proven experience in digital / presales leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and technical concepts to diverse audiences.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
