The department will be responsible for providing white-glove service in the following areas across all locations that Lodha operates in :  1. Looking for a General Manager for a Premium Property   2. Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the Property.   3. Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments.   3. Handle Guest satisfactions, Sales, Human Resources, Public relations etc.   4. Oversee various departments and functions, budgeting and financial management  5. Creating and enforcing hotel business objectives and goals.   6 . Support and work with all Head of Departments in all aspects of running this property.   1. Luxury & Hi-end developments  a. F&B  b. Spa  c. Club facilities like Gym, Guest rooms etc.  d. Concierge  e. Valet  f. Front Desk/Reception  g. And other related areas  2. Luxury developments  a. Housekeeping services  b. Engineering co-ordination (Engineering will be run by HFM)  This role will support the hospitality department and be responsible for its setup, people recruitment, process & systems and overall performance.
