Role Objective: - The incumbent will be responsible for engineering asset or portfolio level financial transactions with investors and lenders. - Core role is deal origination and financial closure with private equity or pension funds, deal structuring, define instruments and vehicles, prepare financial models and information memoranda for equity or debt transactions and work closely with the business teams to ensure financial closure. Additionally, incumbent shall work on engineering alternate investment models such as AIF, REIT etc. Key Responsibilities - Assist in deal origination and financial closures of asset or portfolio level transactions - Transaction execution including preparation of investor reach out and pitches, information memorandum, term sheets and other documentation and financial models / transaction structuring (incl. tax optimization) - Equity fund raising from private equity / pension funds or platform investors - Debt raising (construction finance, LRD, working capital) - Manage project exits / divestiture till financial closure - Work with leasing and project teams to maximize Lodha returns through financial engineering (costs, rental, exit valuation, cap rates) and exception management - Individual contributor role Skills: Equity / debt transaction structuring, financial modeling, M&amp;A, diligence and documentation Qualification: CA + MBA Finance or CA + CFA with 3-5 years experience Practice and Other Requirements: - Experience in working with real estate private equity funds or part of investment team of annuity asset class developers - Thorough knowledge of investment vehicles, instruments (equity, debt and hybrid) and transaction structuring - Sound financial modeling &amp; presentation skills with ability to grasp business drivers to improve asset / portfolio valuation - Good verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
