Design Strategist (EA to Head Design)

Role and core responsibilities :

- Support the Chief Designer [HoD - Design, Lodha Group] on building and implementing the departmental strategy, managing department related initiatives, overall planning and budgeting.

- Excellent interpersonal skills required as Interfacing and relationship management is a major task as the person will be interacting with many top senior stakeholders within the design vertical.

Design Strategy :

- Understanding Annual Operating Plan (AOP) of the company and implications for the Design team. Converting this plan to lead department-related deliverables.

- Assist the HoD as directed to keep track of project activity, roll out of departmental initiatives, tracking overall manpower and budgeting

- Understand the impact of new changes [internal or external that affect the department's functioning] and support in realigning departmental strategy

Program Management & PMO Activities :

- Centrally manage the data for Design department and ensure it is up to date. Be the single point of contact for design for data-related requirements/ reports from various other departments

- Lead all initiatives on policy, process and people as directed by the HoD

- Working with the design leads and key stakeholders to drive various initiatives efficiently through the year and share progress reports with the HoD along with inputs/suggestions.

- Design various project management dashboards for HoD and periodic reporting on the same

IT Planning & Management :

- Coordinating with IT department for asset-related requirements, overall planning and budgeting

- Coordinating with vendors for new procurement and implementation as required

- The role will will also be responsible for collating data from multiple resources need to be interfaced in both inward or outward of the department
