Your Role (as Head - Business Strategy of a Residential Business Unit)

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensuring NPV Maximization of every Project

- Driving Annual and project lifecycle Revenue NPV plan - Vision/Direction setting, monitoring and coordinating efforts across or within functions with a medium-term 3-6 Months + agenda; Business planning to achieve NPV plan

- Policy setting/updating when gaps found in current policies

- Where functional gaps are observed, stepping in to fill the gap, build capability and over time (3-12 months) hand back with enhanced capability to the functional team

2. Delivering on NPV and Advocacy targets for each Project within the Business region by coordinating efforts across customer-facing functions. Key responsibilities include:

- Support for setting the medium-term agenda for various customer-facing functions and help prepare for the same. Co-ordinating functional efforts to meet the agenda priorities:

Sales :

- Pricing

- Inventory Management

- Annual plan/activation support

- Providing inputs on how to optimize the NPV

- Marketing activities

- Customer Care activities

- Driving Customer advocacy and creating value for customers through various initiatives including:

- Community building

- Enabling rental of units

- Loyalty sales enablement

- City/Facilities Management/Hospitality: - Monitoring quality standards and ensuring delivery against standards

- Working closely with the Operations Strategy counterpart on the project (Development Manager/Operations Manager) to ensure that Operations delivers all that is necessary to meet the NPV plan.
