To date, our focus has been on developing a high quality residential focused city for the middle and upper middle class - homes, social infrastructure - retail entertainment, education and governance. our primary objective is to make Palava the most vibrant economic hub in the MMR region with GDP of US$10bn by 2025. Retail & Entertainment   The job objective is to identify global and local partners looking to enter India / MMR and we become the preferred location built on :   - Strategic location   - Hassle-free set-up (from approvals to construction to operations)   - Truly mixed use city that offers high quality livability to employees   Core Responsibilities :   - Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships with organizations / companies across India and globally. For the key economic verticals that palava will focus on, identify partners across the globe. This will include companies looking to enter MMR, government institutions, global developers, etc   - Developing and maintaining a network of contacts with local bodies, governments (local, national and international), sovereign bodies and corporates.   - To craft the promotion strategy and incentives that will attract partners - existing Govt incentives or palava incentives that are needed. Develop pitch for each economic segment to achieve the economic aspirations of the city   - Having in depth knowledge of Palava city's development plans and key competing cities   - Increasing the awareness of Palava city among potential strategic partners and structuring SOPs that address partner needs   - Developing and reviewing investment promotion collateral   - Planning a calendar for investment promotion activities and execution of the same   - Stay abreast with new investment opportunities in Palava as the city evolves   Desired Background :   - MBA from premier institution with 10-12 years of experience in investment banking or strategy consulting   - Foreign experience is a plus   - Entrepreneurial focus / drive is key to success   - Experience on setting up partnerships across companies or industry tie-ups is a plus.   - Have an extensive network of professional contacts across industry, government bodies and sovereign institutions.   - Sound knowledge of business management, investment processes and structuring of business proposals   - Strong communicator with good inter-personal skills   - Knowledge of real estate and smart cities will be an added advantage   - Willingness to travel as may be required
