Deputy General Manager - Finance Roles and Responsibilities : - Analyzing financial data and preparing financial forecasts and models - Tracking and reporting of financial and operational metrics and trends for regular leadership reviews - Preparing corporate, investor and management presentations - Preparing, analyzing, negotiating and structuring transaction collateral - Liaising with bankers, lawyers, auditors and other external agencies to ensure efficient transaction execution - Performing market research, data mining, business intelligence and competitor valuation analysis - Coordinate with various departments to collate business information for preparation of financial and business reports and transaction collateral Desired Candidate Profile : - Strong proficiency in financial modeling techniques - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word - Proficiency in Bloomberg would be preferred - Strong analytical and data gathering skills - Effective communication skills - A self-starter, motivated, with a knack for building business relationships both with internal and external stakeholders - Understanding of Real Estate market would be an added advantage
