Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer needs, business objectives, and market insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineering, design and sales, to prioritize features and functionalities that deliver maximum value to customers.
- Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications to guide the development process.
- Managing price and cost optimizations to ensure lifecycle P&L goals for all the projects you manage
- Understanding the Lodha brand's overall positioning and fine tuning it to the market's requirements (whilst ensuring that it is not dramatically altered from the overall positioning).
- Works closely with Sales teams in the region to ensure the launch and sustenance plans are executed as per defined in the AOP
- Managing through Sales Strategy on Competition benchmarking, Pricing implementation and Inventory Management
- Working with Sales to deliver on AOP goals wrt. Pre-Sales and Embedded EBITDA thereto (volume v. price trade-off)
- Ensure quality in terms of all marketing collaterals are deployed in Sales galleries, Clubhouses and other ATL communication as per Brand guidelines
- Understanding competitor product offering & value proposition. Managing through Sales Strategy on Competition benchmarking, Pricing implementation and Inventory Management.
- Understanding market supply-demand, consumer and pricing dynamics.
- Coordinating with multiple functions to ensure that the project is launched on time to meet the AOP objective.
- Supporting the Deputy CEO - Customer Strategy and Regional CFO to identify and deliver on cost optimization opportunities in customer facing areas.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of products and inform future iterations.
Qualification - MBA/PG from a tier I institute
