About the Strategy Team:

- We have invested in a strong and professional strategy team embedded in different departments under CXOs that can help meet and exceed our growth ambitions and build organizational capability on all fronts - Sales, Customer Experience & Business Strategy.

- The team comprises of nearly ~40 professionals from the best global business schools including Stanford, London Business School, University of Chicago, IIMs and ISB. These professionals have been drawn from the likes of McKinsey, BCG, AT Kearney, and Accenture or directly from campus.

- The work ranges from strategy initiatives to getting it done in Sales & Customer Experience. The range of work includes:

- Portfolio assessments including demand/supply modeling & projections for our key markets that drives land acquisition, geographic expansion, product innovation.

- Strategic initiatives across the company or incubating and driving business lines like retail, education, city planning, etc..

- Conduct in-depth market & demand analysis, understand competitor landscape, customer demographics & developing pricing strategy

- Operational effectiveness projects, with select departments being chosen each year for transformational activities.

- Partner search and setting up strategic alliances across functions.

- Conduct feasibilities for new businesses, markets or land acquisitions.

- Project Co-ordination & Handover, leading to efficient project delivery in terms of time and quality of product.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with the senior management including Strategy leads and Head of Functions to influence the creation of business plan, business priorities and targets for the business unit.

- Support leadership in driving high powered teams across Luxury & Premier Housing, Mid-Income & Affordable Housing, Industrial & Logistics Park, Rental Assets, Townships projects.

- Translate the strategic goals into implications for the functional departments, so that they can create their operational plans to achieve required targets.

- Get Technology in place to enable various functions to implement the company strategy.

- Manage and review the performance and progress of the business plan or of a function assigned to you.

- Business/ Sales/ Revenue plan formulation in close coordination with various functions including,

- Internal stakeholders: Sales, Marketing, Leasing, Design, Liaison

- External stakeholders: Partners, Consultants, Subject Matter Experts, Channel Partners etc.
